I feel like I just got access to Alexa Chung and Olivia Palermo’s wardrobe and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re wondering what I mean – see Alexa and Olivia’s looks! Picking a style icon is impossible and to be honest, I don’t think I can put my style to one person. I like to take ideas from everyone I follow on Instagram and let my creative process take it from there.
A-line skirts and over the knee boots are two of my favourite things at the moment and I just cannot get enough! Alexa Chung rocked the buttoned a-line skirt a few months back and everyone just went crazy. The A-line skirt is just so so chic with the silver button detail and I can’t wait to play around with this piece throughout the summer – it’s the perfect little mini skirt and definitely shows off your pins.
As for the boots, who else just cannot get enough? I’m actually kind of sad that the cold weather is disappearing here in Aus… But, luckily for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere, you get to enjoy them for the next few months! I may be a little jealous of you all.
I believe that the key to the perfect OTK boot has to be the block heel. The block heel is so strong in the fashion industry at the moment and I think we all need to say thank you – we can finally have more than just a stiletto to balance our weight on!
